08.05.2019  CKL + Monino + SVO

We departed early from the Hotel in ordert o get the IL-62 and Tu-154 north of SVO but it was impossible due to construction work. We headed further to CKL but this time we had to wait 2 hours until we had a IL-76 on final approach. 
After this movement we didn’t recognised any activity so we decided to drive to the  famous museum MONINO which was aprox 30 minutes by car. After paying 1200,- RUB we were pleased to enter a small hall with several items about the history of aviation in Russia. After entering the outside area we had luck to have a look inside several aircrafts, incl. Tu-114, Tu-95 and IL-18. I used that chance also to get some pictures from aircrafts which were not se easy accessable.

After succesfull 2 hours we headed back to CKL and waited for another 2 hours but there were no movements at all. I just took a few oview pictures
We decided to go back to SVO and looked for the restaurant at Terminal F which was hard to find! You don’t find any signes in the terminal and only one confusing mark at one elevator. After 2-3 attemps we finally found it. The Restaurant was complete empty and the service lady was a bit surprised that she  had to work now. The view oft he tarmac was great only the windows have to be cleaned. That fact was not so important for us because tot hat time it was raining cats and dogs but we tried some pictures as well. I was very happy to get a Chamwings A320 which is not so common in other parts of europe. For Dinner we choose a Burger and Pasta which was both very tasty and the price of less than 1200,- RUB for both meals and drinks was very good!
